FOR DEVELOPERS, BROKERAGES & PROPERTY MANAGERS · POWERED BY AGNI

Two sides of property. One voice layer.

Sales that call every lead back in minutes, and operations that answer every resident at any hour, in the caller's own language.

Who calls a property business

Three callers. One line that never drops.

01
Buyers & tenants

Enquiries, viewings, qualification, and follow-up. The demand side, answered before the interest cools.

02
Owners

Statements, updates, and the status of their asset. The people who judge you on how informed they feel.

03
Vendors

Job dispatch, scheduling, and confirmations. The maintenance chain that keeps buildings running.

Half one · Sales and Lettings

Capture demand. Stop lead leakage.

The lead that waits an hour is a lead your competitor already called.

The lead flow EVERY LEAD · EVERY SOURCE · UNDER 4 MINUTES*
New Leadportal, form, or call AI Calls Backunder 4 minutes* Qualifiesbudget, timeline, intent Books Visitinto the diary Live Transferto your agent
Speed to lead
Under 4 minutes, every time.*

Not when an agent is free. Not tomorrow morning. Every lead from every source gets a call back while the listing is still open on their screen.

Dormant database revival
Revenue from a list that was costing nothing but storage.

The old enquiries, the past viewings, the leads nobody had time to work. Called politely, requalified, and fed back into the pipeline.

Site-visit booking
From interest to a slot in the diary.

Qualification ends with a booked visit, confirmed by the channel the lead prefers, with reminders that cut no-shows.

Live transfer
Your agent says hello to a ready-to-close lead.

When a lead is hot, the AI transfers the call live and hands your agents a prepped, qualified, ready-to-close lead, with budget, timeline, and preferences already captured.

*Speed-to-lead and conversion figures are forward-looking, pending verification in the claims audit.

Half two · Property Operations

Calmer operations. Happier residents.

Your team should only handle the cases that need judgment. Voice AI runs the volume that does not.

Triage everything

Maintenance, admin, and compliance requests sorted by urgency and category the moment they arrive, not the morning after.

Route it right

Structured requests go straight to the vendor or the team member who owns them. Genuine emergencies go to a human immediately.

Log it, close it

Every request lands in the PMS with a full record, and the owner hears the outcome without having to chase for it.

*The 80 to 90% figure covers structured requests and is forward-looking, pending verification in the claims audit. Emergencies and judgment calls route to people by design.

The moment it pays

The lead is warm. The context travels with it.

Your agent does not open with "so, tell me what you are looking for." They open with the answer.

Integrations, not customers

It drops into the stack you already run.

Read this as the systems we connect to, not a customer list. Name your CRM and PMS in the workshop and we will tell you plainly what connects and how deeply.

Specific platforms are confirmed in the design week, in writing, before anyone signs. In-house and heavily customised systems are handled as scoped integration work.

Compliance posture
SOC 2 in process HIPAA Data residency 99%+ uptime SLA*

Lead and resident data stays in your region, retention follows your policy, and every conversation is logged in full rather than sampled.

If your compliance team needs something outside this list, raise it in the workshop. We would rather say no early than fail a security review late.

How this actually lands

Most voice projects die at integration. We ship a deployment team.

Three phases, named owners, and a pilot on real leads before anyone calls it a rollout.

Design · week 1 to 2
Design

We map your lead sources and request types with your sales and operations leads, write the voice and scripts, and agree transfer rules, calling windows, and escalation in writing. CRM and telephony access is scoped here, not discovered later.

Deploy · week 3 to 6
Deploy

Integration, tuning against your own recordings, then a pilot on one lead source or one building with a human fallback on every path. You compare it to your own baseline, not to a demo.

Operate · week 7 onward
Operate

Scale across sources, projects, and portfolios as each earns it, weekly performance review, and a named engineer on the account rather than a ticket queue.

Asked on every first call

What property leaders ask before anything else.

That is the point of the design week. We connect to CRM platforms, property management systems, portal lead feeds, calendars, and WhatsApp Business as scoped integration work, and we confirm what connects, and how deeply, in writing before you commit. Leads flow in from whichever sources you run today, portals, forms, walk-in logs, and call lines, and every outcome is written back so your pipeline stays in one place. In-house systems are sized honestly upfront.

Some will ask, and the system answers honestly when they do. What moves the numbers is not concealment, it is speed and language: a lead called back within minutes, in their own language, with real answers about the property, behaves very differently from one who waited a day for anyone at all. Run the pilot on one lead source and measure conversion against your own baseline rather than taking our word for it. If a lead insists on a person, they get one in the same call.

You define what hot means: budget above a line, timeline inside a window, a specific project, or simply the lead asking for a person. When a call crosses that line, the AI bridges your agent in live and stays just long enough to hand over the context: name, budget, timeline, preferences, and what has already been said. If no agent is free, the system books the visit, confirms it on WhatsApp, and schedules the agent callback instead. Nothing hot ever waits on a voicemail.

The revival campaigns run only on lists you approve, inside calling windows you set, with opt-out honoured on the first ask and logged permanently. Consent and telecom rules differ by market, so the design week includes a session with your compliance owner to agree what your market allows before a single call is made. Within those rules, the mechanics are simple: old enquiries are called politely, requalified against current inventory, and the live ones re-enter your pipeline. The dead ones are marked so nobody wastes time on them again.

Emergencies skip the queue by design. Triage runs on every request, and anything flagged as urgent, a leak, a lift entrapment, anything involving safety, routes to your on-call person immediately, with the unit, the caller, and the description already captured. The 80 to 90% figure* is about the structured volume, the tap that drips and the gate card that stopped working, which is exactly the volume that used to bury your coordinators. Judgment calls stay with people. That is a design rule, not a limitation.

In your region, under data residency configured per deployment, retained to your policy and deleted to your schedule. We speak to SOC 2 (in process), HIPAA, data residency, and a 99%+ uptime SLA, and we deliberately do not claim frameworks we cannot evidence. Every conversation is logged in full, so the audit trail your owners and regulators might ask for is complete rather than sampled. Anything beyond that list, ask us in the workshop and we will answer plainly.

When NOT to pick RavanAI Enterprises.

If you are a single agent with a handful of listings who genuinely answers every call, keep doing that. The system pays for itself on volume and on the leads that currently slip, and if you have neither, the maths will not work and we will say so. The same goes for boutique brokerages whose entire model is one person's relationships: an AI layer adds nothing your clients want.

On the operations side, if one coordinator knows every resident by name and the phone rarely rings after six, you do not need triage, you need that coordinator. And if your compliance team needs a certification outside SOC 2 (in process), HIPAA, data residency, and our 99%+ uptime SLA, tell us before you sign anything. We would rather lose the deal than promise a badge we do not hold.

Do your customers feel it?

Bring your ops lead. We call your own front desk in your market's dialect, live on the workshop call.
