The stay ends. The relationship does not.
One AI layer across the entire guest journey, from the first reservation call to the review that follows the goodbye, in the guest's own language.
*Forward-looking figures from our hospitality deployment model, pending verification in the claims audit. Your share of handled tasks depends on call mix, property type, and the scope agreed in your workshop. 200+ dialects on the same engine.
Nobody misses the big complaint. Everyone misses the phone.
A reservation call that rings out is not just a lost booking. It is the one moment a guest was ready to say yes to the better room, the breakfast, the transfer.
Front desk, reservations, and concierge teams are hard to hire, hard to keep, and impossible to staff for the 2am enquiry in a language nobody on shift speaks.
Room revenue is booked at check-in and then the earning stops, because nobody has time to offer the tour, the dinner, the late checkout, the return visit.
A guest who cannot be understood orders less, complains less usefully, and reviews worse. The language gap is a revenue gap wearing a service costume.
Serve better. Cost less. Sell more.
Every call answered instantly, in the guest's own language, at any hour. No queue at the desk, no hold music at midnight.
The repetitive tier of requests runs on voice AI, so your people spend their shift on the moments that need a person.
Every conversation is a polite, well-timed chance to offer the upgrade, the dinner, the tour, the next stay.
From the lobby to the last goodbye, every space serves and sells.
The reservation call becomes a conversation, not a queue.
- Reservation support and availability, answered instantly
- Room and package upsells at the moment of booking
- Pre-check-in concierge: requests, timings, questions
Shorter queues, calmer desks, better first impressions.
- Check-in support by phone, WhatsApp, or kiosk
- Queue reduction at the front desk on peak days
- Directions, timings, and first-night questions handled
A concierge that never sleeps and never sounds tired.
- Housekeeping requests and F&B ordering, room to kitchen
- Travel desk: tours, tickets, and transport arranged
- Complaints caught early and escalated to a person
The last hours of the stay, handled without friction.
- Checkout questions and late-checkout requests
- Transport and airport transfer booked in the same call
- Folio queries answered before they become disputes
The goodbye is where the next booking starts.
- Review and feedback collection while the stay is fresh
- Follow-up on anything that went wrong, closed properly
- Re-activation: offers and return-stay outreach
Most properties start at Pre-Arrival, because missed reservation calls are the easiest loss to measure. Ninety minutes with your GM and we will pick together.
BOOK A WORKSHOP →A new margin line on every stay.
Service that answers is table stakes. Service that sells is the return.
- In-hotel upsells: room upgrades, breakfast, transfers, and F&B, offered at the moment the guest is already saying yes
- Third-party sales: tours and tickets at hotel-preferred pricing, a commission line that did not exist before
- Guest profiling: preferences remembered across the stay, so the next offer lands better than the last
Transcript is illustrative, not a production recording. Upsell rules, pricing, and partner inventory are configured by you and confirmed in the design week.
It drops into the stack your property already runs.
Read this as the systems we connect to, not a customer list. Name your PMS in the workshop and we will tell you plainly what connects and how deeply.
Specific platforms are confirmed in the design week, in writing, before anyone signs. In-house and heavily customised systems are handled as scoped integration work.
Guest data stays in your region, retention follows your policy, and every conversation is logged in full rather than sampled.
If your compliance team needs something outside this list, raise it in the workshop. We would rather say no early than fail a security review late.
ATTESTATION EVIDENCE PENDINGIntegration availability and depth are confirmed per deployment. *Service levels are indicative and agreed per contract.
No autonomous calls. Full logs. Human judgment kept.
The AI runs the volume. Your people keep the judgment calls, and the system knows the difference.
No autonomous outbound calls. Campaigns, follow-ups, and re-activation run only on the rules and lists you approve.
Full conversation logs, searchable, retained to your policy. The audit trail is complete, not a sample.
Your VIP list routes to a human by design, and any guest whose sentiment dips is flagged and handed over mid-conversation.
Before you talk to us, run the maths yourself.
Your call volumes, your average rates, your upsell assumptions, in your own currency. If the number is not compelling, you have saved yourself a meeting.
Usage pricing from $0.05 per minute*. *Pricing pending final confirmation, indicative only.
Reservation volume, missed-call share, and upsell take rates, modelled conservatively, with an output you can put in front of an owner without editing it first.
OPEN THE CALCULATOR →Calculator outputs are estimates built from the inputs you supply, are forward-looking, and are not a forecast, a quote, or a commitment.
Most voice projects die at integration. We ship a deployment team.
Three phases, named owners, and a pilot on real guest calls before anyone calls it a rollout.
We map your top call types with your GM and reservations lead, write the voice and register for your brand, and agree the escalation and upsell rules in writing. PMS and telephony access is scoped here, not discovered later.
Integration, dialect tuning against your own call recordings, then a pilot on one line or one property with a human fallback on every path. You compare it to your own desk, not to a demo.
Scale across journey stages and properties as each earns it, weekly performance review, and a named engineer on the account rather than a ticket queue.
Timelines are indicative and scope-dependent, agreed per deployment in the workshop.
What hospitality leaders ask before anything else.
Nothing gets ripped out. We integrate with property management systems, booking engines, channel managers, and POS systems as scoped integration work, and we confirm what connects, and how deeply, in the design week before you commit. If your stack is in-house or heavily customised, that is sized honestly upfront rather than discovered in week five. Custom API work is in scope for us, which is often the part other vendors decline.
We publish 50+ languages and 200+ dialects, and the honest answer is that we have not yet found one Agni cannot speak. More useful than the count: a guest can switch language mid-sentence, from Arabic to English to Hindi, and the same voice carries the conversation without a handoff or a pause. Bring your top five guest nationalities to the workshop and we will run the call live in each.
Neither can we, which is why it never does. The system reads sentiment continuously, tone as well as words, and the moment it dips, the conversation is flagged and handed to your duty manager with the full context attached. VIPs route to a person by design, before anything goes wrong. The AI's job on a complaint is to catch it early, log it completely, and get the right human in fast. Judgment stays with your people.
You do, in writing, in the design week. Which offers exist, at what price, to which guest segments, at which moments, and how many times a stay a guest can be offered anything at all. The default posture is one well-timed offer per conversation, made once, dropped gracefully if declined. Your brand voice survives because the rules are yours. If you want no selling at all on certain lines, that is one checkbox, not a change request.
Both, but the economics differ. A chain deploys once and rolls the same layer across properties, with per-property voices, offers, and escalation rules on shared infrastructure, which is where the numbers get genuinely attractive. A single large property with real reservation volume also works well. Where it gets thin is a small single property with light call volume, and we will tell you that plainly in the workshop rather than sell you a system you do not need.
In your region, under data residency configured per deployment, retained to your policy and deleted to your schedule. We speak to SOC 2 (in process), HIPAA, data residency, and a 99%+ uptime SLA, and we deliberately do not claim frameworks we cannot evidence. Every conversation is logged in full, and the audit trail is complete rather than sampled, which is usually what your risk team asks about first. Anything beyond that list, ask us in the workshop and we will answer plainly.
If you run a single small property with one phone line and you genuinely do not miss calls, keep your setup. The system pays for itself on volume and missed moments, and if you have neither, the maths will not work and we will say so. Likewise if your guest experience is built on in-person-only service, the house where the owner greets every guest by name, an AI layer adds nothing you want.
And if your compliance team needs a certification outside SOC 2 (in process), HIPAA, data residency, and our 99%+ uptime SLA, tell us before you sign anything. We would rather lose the deal than promise a badge we do not hold.
One real call. One mid-sentence language switch. Play it to your GM before you play them a slide.
